Topic: Grief Matters: Understanding and Working with Grief in Contested Probate Disputes, Elder Abuse and Adult Family Elder Mediation
This workshop brings together an expert to educate in theories of grief, a professional consultant in the area of grief and loss to provide practical suggestions for working with grieving parties, and a mediator and a lawyer to talk about how grief becomes an issue in contested disputes and to offer suggestions for working with parties in mediation in these areas of practice.
